OLYMPUS Halloumi Factory Inauguration

Our team conceptualised, organised and delivered the official inauguration of OLYMPUS' new halloumi production facility in Cyprus, creating an event worthy of one of the most significant investments in the country's food manufacturing sector.

Held at the newly constructed facility in Tseri, Nicosia, the event welcomed more than 100 distinguished guests from Cyprus, Greece and across Europe, including government officials, industry leaders, international partners and key stakeholders. Among the notable attendees were representatives of the Cypriot and Greek governments, with official addresses delivered by Cyprus' Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment, Maria Panayiotou, alongside senior representatives of the Hellenic Republic and the Sarantis family, founders of Hellenic Dairies Group.

From concept development and event production to guest management and on-site execution, our team transformed a state-of-the-art industrial facility into a premium event destination, seamlessly blending corporate prestige with authentic Cypriot hospitality. The programme combined official ceremonies, facility presentations and curated guest experiences. From a cocktail reception to a tour involving multiple translators to accommodate the guests, speeches from the dignitaries and culminating in an exclusive gala dinner celebrating Cyprus' rich culinary heritage. Guests enjoyed a carefully crafted dining experience featuring local flavours and premium hospitality, before the evening concluded with live entertainment and celebrations marking the beginning of a new era for OLYMPUS in Cyprus.
